By Roz Pactor| My Red Glasses@ If you’ve ever strolled through Hermann Park and thought to yourself, “this place is magical,” well, hold on to your sunhat—because it’s about to get even more unforgettable. What began on April 1st, Hermann Park will host The Great Elephant Migration, a jaw-dropping installation of 100 life-sized, hand-crafted Indian elephants that promises to bring beauty, meaning, and a powerful conservation message to the heart of our city. Yes, we said life-sized elephants—and they’re absolutely fabulous.
By Roz Pactor| My Red Glasses@ If you’re in the mood for a little glamour and sophistication, you simply cannot miss the Tamara de Lempicka exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. The show is a stunning tribute to the Art Deco icon, whose signature style captured the dazzling energy of 1920s Paris and the boldness of Hollywood’s elite.

My Red Glasses
I am a fashion/marketing consultant and fashion lifestyle blogger based in Houston, Texas with more than three decades of experience in fashion retailing that has spanned Foley's Dept. Stores, Bloomingdales NYC and Neiman Marcus. I was most recently employed as the Vice President/Fashion Director for Foley's before starting my own company, The Pactor Group. Here, I have adapted my fashion and retail skills and knowledge to consulting both on the business and personal level, assisting clients through my years of experience. I am probably best known for my signature personal fashion statement that has evolved from my many years of wearing only RED GLASSES. My primary focus has been the development of my blog, newly renamed simply, MYREDGLASSES, formerly The Chic Sheet As Seen Through My Redglasses, through which I love to provide my own unique perspective on the world of fashion and am planning with my new site to expand more into the fields of beauty, dining and home areas, as I believe that fashion is at the core of it all! I find the Houston and Texas Fashion Scene, specifically, to be full of amazing talents and the opportunity to share both local and global talent with my readers continues to give me great pleasure.
