Her thoughts transport her to the bookshelves—places where dragons soar overhead. But instead of reading the words of her favorite authors, she put her own pen to the page.

The library turned into a polling location to elect one of the three candidates on the ballot: Harry Potter, Bad Seed, and Dogman. "I thought this would be a great way to walk through the process themselves,” Katie Hurst, the school’s librarian, said.
