  • Seaview Railroad breaks rail car transport record for 1st time in history

The railroad broke its annual record for rail car volume at Quonset Business Park last year, surpassing the 7,000 threshold for the first time in its history. Seaview Railroad transported a total of 7,513 rail cars last year, which translates to roughly 60 per day. “We’re proud to contribute to the success of Quonset and Rhode Island as whole,” Seaview Transportation Company and Railroad President Eric Moffett said.
