District Judge Kurt Glassco ordered during a Sept. 23 probate hearing that Frenchel Renee Johnson, who is the mother of three of Crutcher’s children, serve as administrator by her request.

  • Tulsa man gets 22 years for east Tulsa armed robbery, other crimes

    By Samantha Vicent| Tulsa World Verified A Tulsa man was sentenced Monday to 22 years in prison after being found guilty last week of robbery with a firearm, attempted robbery and assault related to two June 2015 armed robberies in east Tulsa. A jury on Wednesday found Devonte Henry, 23, guilty on three of four counts against him, acquitting him on one of the two counts of robbery with a firearm. His co-defendants, David Fowler and Michael Roshan White, pleaded guilty in the case on March 28 and Oct. 31, respectively.
