For the first two innings, the game was a battle of defensive prowess. Each team rattled off three quick outs in the first inning and in the second inning, neither team could advance past first base.
By Karina Bystry, Samuel Griffin| The Manchester Times Verified Coffee County’s Olivia Vinson and Channah Gannon were both named to the Tennessee Sports Writers Association Girl’s Class 4A All-State Basketball Team on Wednesday. Both senior players have been an integral part of the Lady Raiders’ recent success, with the team going 67-5 combined over the last two seasons and reaching the 4A State Tournament in back-to-back years. It is the second time that Olivia Vinson has received the honor, having also been named to last year’s 4A All-State squad.
