The amendment would have affected the homes of Efrain Patino — who sought the setback change — and a nearby Pinwood Drive Property.

There were no injuries reported at any of the fires. At 2:35 p.m., a garage fire was reported in the 19000 of Cory Avenue, rural Adrian. Upon arriving at the scene, the Lismore Fire Department found the garage filled with smoke. A door was opened for ventilation and water had been sprayed on its east wall.
