Biography
What started as a hobby and being a fan turned into something more. I love learning about different cultures and entertainment from around the world. I've written articles on Korean dramas, webtoons, K-pop and have interviewed artists who love their craft. My words can be found on CBR.com. Aewen Radio, MACG Magazine, Seoulwave, and more. I co-host a podcast called K-Drama Reports where we talk about all things Korean drama related. I also host a monthly podcast/radio show on Aewen Radio called Daebak City, and have been a speaker at KCONUSA and Korea Culture Center in Washington DC. Keep up with me to enjoy more of the world of Korean entertainment from “a never too old for K-pop” perspective.

By Sara Layne Verified| Medium@ Day 1I have long dreamed of putting the stories that I see inside of my own head into a tangible document for others to enjoy. I have come up with some pretty great story ideas over the span of my lifetime, 42 years and counting in case you're curious. Sadly, I have a propensity for sitting down at my desk and starting out strong only for the story to fizzle out on me and go nowhere. Therefore, I have dozens of stories waiting to be written that haven't ever made it past the first scene.
By Sara Layne Verified| The Kraze Verified We are going to start October and my favorite spooky month off right with a discussion about one of my favorite horror K-Dramas, The Guest. Before diving into it, however, I want to be clear with those who haven't seen it yet. Don't watch this drama if you are afraid of things that go bump in the night. Don't watch this drama if jump scares and loud music make you uncomfortable. The Guest is the first drama I had to watch during the day and with every light on in the house.
By Sara Layne Verified| The Kraze Verified It's hard to believe that summer is almost over. We've enjoyed time in the sun, and now it's time to get cozy and break out the pumpkin spice latte. One thing still just as hot as the summer sun are all the Korean dramas starting this month. Fans have their pick of genres to dive into, from shows with drug lords to golden spoons.
