Biography

Hi, I am a medical doctor, registered nutritionist, registered nutritional therapist and the author of over 60 health books. I qualified from Cambridge University with degrees in Natural Sciences, Medicine and Surgery. After working in hospital medicine and general practice, I soon realised that just about all illnesses (with the possible exception of ingrowing toenails) have a dietary basis. I therefore spent 6 years gaining a Master's degree in Nutritional Medicine from the University of Surrey so I could focus more on prevention as much as cure. I have 3 blogs: one centred around Nutritional Medicine blog at www.DrSarahBrewer.com, one aimed at people with hypertension at www.MyLowerBloodPressure.com, and one that looks at the best self-help approaches I've found for common health conditions at www.ExpertHealthReviews.com. My nutritional Tweets appear via @DrSarahB and my health and fitness tweets via @DrSarahBHealthy. Thanks for reading, Sarah B
