A person who contracted a case of measles was reportedly at the venue from about 5:30 to 11:59 p.m. to attend a Forrest Frank concert. "Measles is a highly contagious virus that spreads through the air when an infected person breathes, coughs, sneezes or talks," wrote Toronto Public Health (TPH).
