Kevin Ahn, 31, is facing an abuse of corpse charge. You can view our previous article on Ahn here. He appeared in person for his preliminary hearing at Judge Torrey Landis' Ephrata office. The judge said Ahn will continue being held at the Lancaster County Prison without bail due to a separate felony charge he has in Maryland.
