A spokeswoman for the company, said the Fisher's Landing Shake Shack will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and 10:30 a.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays. Shake Shack signed a lease in summer 2024 to open a restaurant at 2100 S.E. 164th Ave., Suite G-302, in the parking lot of New Seasons.
