  • Car parking could go as council considers bus only corridors through Glasgow

By Sasha Spratt Verified, Gianni Marini Verified| STV News (Glasgow and West) Verified A consultation on how to improve the main bus routes across Glasgow closes on Wednesday. Five bus corridors would be created from the centre out to Bearsden, Clydebank, Paisley and Giffnock. Special junctions and bus only lanes could be put in place along the routes. Roadside parking could also be removed in order to streamline the journey for commuters. “We want to identify along these routes what the key pinch-points are,” said councillor Angus Millar.
