Paris Baguette, this extremely popular bakery sensation that fuses Parisian & Korean flavor profiles and pastry techniques, not only opened an Easton and Polaris location in the past year, but a third location just opened in the Arlington Gateway development at 1369 W. Lane Ave., right next to the new Half Priced Books.

It was originally built in 1891 as the Crystal Ice Manufacturing Co. building, but later turned into the iconic. After a partial roof collapse in 2022, the building was deemed unsafe, and Spaghetti Warehouse opened a Downtown location. But that area at 397 West Broad won’t just be a flat bed of concrete.
