The well-reviewed film was a decent box office hit, and a few years later, it gained a whole new life thanks to streaming. While a sequel was never initially planned, the modest box office success combined with the film’s resurgence on streaming led to Another Simple Favor being greenlit. I want to begin my review by saying that I was thoroughly surprised by how much I loved A Simple Favor.
