  • Oklahoma State softball suffers upset loss to Louisiana Tech

The fourth-ranked Cowgirls were upset by Louisiana Tech 6-1 on Friday at the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge in Mexico. OSU (1-1) was doomed by a second-inning collapse that included four consecutive walks and a throwing error that allowed two runs to score. The Cowgirls will quickly get the chance to return to the win column, with a game against Northern Colorado set for 7 p.m. Friday.
