Daniel “D.J.” Granville, chief of narcotics and intelligence, damaged eight vehicles last April. The video was first published by The Buffalo News. Granville does not appear to have been given a sobriety test. He was ticketed for driving the wrong way down a one-way street. He later paid a $150 fine for jaywalking.
By Sean Mickey Verified| WGRZ-TV (Buffalo, NY) Verified BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man who admitted to assaulting a law enforcement officer during the Jan. 6 insurrection was released on Monday evening from federal prison after receiving a pardon. Thomas Sibick, 39, was sentenced to 50 months in prison and incarcerated at FCI Elkton in Ohio. He pleaded guilty to one felony count of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers and one misdemeanor count of theft.
