The special event runs from March 28 through May 11, 2025, to honor Star Wars Day on May the 4th. “Fire of the Rising Moons” is a special version of the Disneyland fireworks show as visible from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. It features “Star Wars” music and two original characters, Tohan Lege (the Lore-Weaver) and his dutiful astromech droid, Bard. It’s performed on select nights. The show has been enhanced with projections.
By Shannen Michaelsen| WDW News Today@ Downtown Disney District has a new directional sign matching the architecture of the district’s new park. We spotted the sign on the west side of Downtown Disney District, in front of construction walls. This is where most construction is taking place as Parkside Market is constructed. The sign is blue with red directional arrows. It points straight ahead to Disneyland Hotel, indicating there will be a new way to reach the hotel.
