  • Vote on which dress Shannon Cogan should wear to the 151st Kentucky Derby

By Shannon Cogan Verified| Derby City Weekend Verified LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) -It’s that time of year. Time to pick what WAVE Sunrise Anchor Shannon Cogan will wear in this year’s Kentucky Lottery Derby Dress Contest. We’re teaming up with Louisville boutique Rodeo Drive and local milliner Emily Saylor for the contest. Raquel Koff opened Rodeo Drive in 1993. “It’s been 31 years, almost 32 years,” Koff said with a smile. “And I’m only 35.” Koff has always loved fashion. Her daughter, Michelle Tasman, has been working alongside her for about 15 years now.
