The 31-year-old Eagle Lake man accused of the crime has been arrested and is being held in the Wharton County Jail. The woman suffered minor injuries when her neck was grabbed, but either she nor any of the three children inside 302 Ella close to midnight on Saturday, April 5 were struck by gunfire.
