Receiving prior notification that she had been nominated for the award, Straub explained that she was unsure as to whom the award would be given. “I start thinking about if I’m nominated, what would I say,” Straub said.

The Alliance Police Department posted a notice to social media last week, advising that he may be in the area following his inadvertent release. “Officers and Deputies believe he may be in Alliance or Scottsbluff. Harley is described as a white male, gray hair, hazel eyes, 6’01” and approximately 165 pounds,” the post stated.
