By Sheila Selman Verified| Yahoo Verified Nov. 2—GOSHEN — Elkhart County Clerk Chris Anderson said Thursday he's anticipating a nearly 70% voter turnout for the General Election. That's including absentee ballots. As of Thursday night, Anderson said total in-person voting was at 22,843 people, already bringing the turnout up to 18%. He said people should be prepared for lines when they vote — and not just mentally. He suggested bringing a bottle of water and even a candy bar if people need to.
