After a scoreless first period, Luke Ellinas got the Rangers on the board. He went on to be the hometown hero, earning a hat trick to stave off elimination. Rangers netminder Jackson Parsons also got his first shutout of the post season.

The incident was caught on camera. Guelph Police said it happened around 3 p.m. Monday near Greenwich Drive and Thornhill Drive. The 23-year-old driver of the van has been charged with careless driving. No one was hurt.
