I've worked in print journalism for more decades than I sometimes want to admit. I started as a reporter, honed my writing and photography skills, advanced to working as an editor and then a publisher. I stepped away from newspapers for a few years to work in marketing, public relations and advertising, but the lure of the ink kept calling me back, apparently. Not a single participant exhibited anything remotely close to foolish behavior on the day sometimes filled with pranks and jokes. The disbarment came in an opinion written by Justice Gregory Moeller. Justices Robyn Brody and Cynthia Meyer concurred, as did retired Chief Justices Roger Burdick and Linda Copple Trout, who joined the court when Justices Richard Bevan and Colleen Zahn recused themselves from the Oleson proceeding.
