The area is still recovering, after a massive fire destroyed the under-construction Cedar-Lee-Meadowbrook apartment complex back in January. Also, Cedar Road was closed between Lee and Goodman Roads, causing traffic delays and limited parking.

"My customer. My customer is my baby," she said, tearfully. The owners of King Quality Produce tell 3News the Cleveland Public Market Corporation, which manages the market for the city, did not renew the business' lease.
