Biography

Simon Creasey is a freelance journalist who has written for numerous different publications spanning contract publishing, b2b, consumer magazines and national newspapers. He started his career in the late-90s at the then Emap owned weekly Fishing News, before joining Property Week as senior feature writer. From there he joined Haymarket’s weekly b2b magazine PrintWeek as features editor before moving onto The Grocer as associate editor. He-rejoined Property Week in late 2014 in a part-time consulting editor role. He was also a UK reporter for Shepard Fairey’s culture magazine Swindle. In a freelance capacity he has written for national newspapers, including The Times, The Sunday Times, The Independent on Sunday, The Guardian and the FT. He regularly contributes to magazines such as Four Four Two, When Saturday Comes, Howler and Square Mile.
