Biography
The majority of my work focuses on food - from culinary history and heritage to agriculture. I've written/produced work for numerous publications and platforms, including The Globe and Mail, Vice/Munchies, The Southern Foodways Alliance, CBC Radio and Radio-Canada. I've also produced a few seasons of a summer radio series for CBC Radio in the Maritimes called "Assis Toi." I'm the author of "Pantry and Palate: Remembering and Rediscovering Acadian Food." The book examines Acadian food and foodways through the lens of family, culinary history, and recipes. Currently working as Developmental Editor-At-Large with Nimbus Publishing, with a focus on all things culinary, LGBTQ+ and Acadian.
