We sat down with the owner to learn a little bit more behind the scenes, and boy, was it a journey to get here!Rosa’s colourful life experiences saw him work in various industries, from physiotherapy to modelling. The one constant? Coffee. “My mom is from El Salvador and my dad is Spanish,” says Rosa.
