Home closures slightly decrease in Nashville area; Realtors expecting busier market in coming months
By Sophia Radebaugh Verified| WKRN-TV (Nashville, TN) Verified NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — According to Greater Nashville Realtors, there’s been a 2% decrease in home closures over the last year. Comparing the first quarter of this year to last, Nashville realtors reported a 1.5% decrease in home closures. In South Nashville, especially in Antioch, there has been a huge increase in inventory. Greater Nashville Realtors says that it’ll naturally make home closures decrease because not all of the inventory is being sold.

(WKRN) — The Murfreesboro Police Department says car thefts are happening all over the city, mostly at apartment complexes, hotels, and in some cases, neighborhoods. Crimemapping.com has reported 58 cases of car theft over the last month. Four on Brixton Run within three days of each other, two on Stockwell Drive on the same day. A few streets down on Timber Creek, there were two more the same week.
