Dr. Srini Pillay is CEO of NeuroBusiness Group (NBG), voted one of the "Top 20 Movers and Shakers" in Leadership development in the world by Training Industry in 2013. Srini is also Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, and teaches in the Executive Education Programs at Harvard Business School and Duke Corporate Education. He has previously been Director of the Outpatient Anxiety Disorders Center at McLean Hospital and has been a brain imaging researcher for 17 years. He is the award-winning author of "Life Unlocked: 7 Revolutionary Lessons to Overcome Fear" as well as "Your Brain and Business: The Neuroscience of Great Leaders" and "The Science Behind The Law of Attraction". Recent e-books include "Total Brain Makeover" and "Total Brain Makeover: Procrastination". With his background in psychiatry, executive coaching (he is a certified master coach), and brain imaging, Srini leads one of the the world's most innovative companies in Applied Brain Science in fields ranging from Corporate Education to Self-Help, Higher Education, Social Enhancement, Lifestyle and Culinary and The Arts. Current and past clients include International Multilaterals, the world's leading consulting companies,a Fortune 500 Food and Beverage company ,Lockheed martin and many other prominent organizations. Srini and NBG have created products such as Burnout Buster to reduce burnout, GearShift, an app platform for individuals to change mindsets when they need to, as well as a method to diagnose bottlenecks in organizations during times of change and then intervene.
