Most of the other greats have remained local or regional secrets, to the great loss to the rest of the music scene. That trend seems to be changing with a rise in local rock bands generating significant buzz, with many on the verge of breaking through. Bands like the New Hires, F!TH, Bearings, and many other amazing groups have shown they have the potential to take the next step in 2025.

  • Gig Photos: The Box at Brass Monkey - Nov. 30

The crowd was quick to get into new songs and old. Opening for The Box was local cover band The Yodas, who set the mood with solid covers of various 70s and 80s hits.
