Well, the dream has finally come true. Following a multi-year fund-raising and construction project, the Walton County YMCA is finally open. The doors opened Thursday at 10 a.m. and it didn’t take long for new members of the Walton Y to come pouring in to take advantage of the new center’s many amenities. The biggest attraction, of course, was the pool.
