Stephen specializes in covering public safety and security and transportation issues. Prior to joining CBS News, Stephen helped found NBC Bay Area’s 15-member Investigative Unit. The audit found that former St. Bernard Parish President Guy McInnis and his former CAO, Ronald Alonzo, may have broken the law. The 31-page report concludes that more than $80,000 in taxpayer funds were misspent or not collected. The audit outlines four main violations.

Bohannan proposed two resolutions on Thursday aimed at addressing issues exposed in a Fox 8 investigation. The investigation revealed documents that raised concerns about the pumping system at the airport, which failed during Hurricane Francine.
