The victim, a man in his 30s, was walking his two dogs in Brompton High Street at 7am on Friday, December 20 when it is alleged he was assaulted. He became involved in an argument with two men who were in a parked up Mercedes Sprinter van. The attack left him with a cut to his face and a fractured arm.
