Hi, I'm Storey, a senior at Duke University. I'm a staff writer for The 9th Street Journal in Durham and have freelanced for the INDY Week, covering politics, education, courts, and investigations. I most recently interned for Dateline NBC, where I served as Assistant Producer for two episodes and covered high-profile court cases. As a POLITICO Journalism Institute fellow in 2024, I covered the California Capitol and pitched enterprise stories. I’ve also interned for FOX Entertainment and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a D.C. think tank.
