Sucheta Rawal is an award-winning South Asian - American journalist with a mission is to inspire people to learn about cultural differences and travel more meaningfully, so we can be part of a compassionate world. Having personally traveled to 120 countries across 7 continents, Sucheta writes from firsthand experiences. She has written for several international publications including CNN, NatGeo, Travel+Leisure, AAA, Fodor's Travel, HuffPost, AFAR, Conde Nast, Southern Living, AAA and TIME Magazine. She is a monthly columnist at Georgia Trend and Khabar Magazines. Sucheta has author a series of 5 'Beato Goes To' children's picture books on Greenland, Israel, Indonesia, Japan & Brazil, to teach young readers about the world. In 2011, Sucheta founded the Atlanta-based nonprofit organization 'Go Eat Give' that promotes cultural awareness through food & travel. The organizing offers travel concierge service, consulting and personalized sustainable travel itineraries. Sucheta is a frequent keynote speaker on sustainable tourism, cultural intelligence, citizen diplomacy, travel trends, transformation travel & media relations. In 2023, she delivered 3 TEDx talks.
