When asked by Justice Andrew Goodman if he was electing to call evidence in Stewart-Sperry’s case, her lawyer Scott Reid said, “Absolutely not, Your Honour.”Stewart-Sperry showed no emotion in the courtroom.

In fact, Randall McKenzie’s legal team won’t be calling any evidence at all.
