However, the letter doesn’t include signatures from Halifax Mayor Andy Fillmore or any of the councillors from across Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). Verity Stevenson at CBC reported on the letter here. As Stevenson reports, the letter, which was published on Friday, includes signatures from 128 mayors, councillors, and area directors.
