Police said it was one of several vehicles that were gathered in an abandoned parking lot, marred by burnout rubber, near NW 23rd and MacArthur.

A warrant for Jonathan Hill’s arrest was issued in Pottawatomie County last week. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop involving Shawnee police and U.S. Marshals. Hill is being held in the Pottawatomie County jail on a $500,000 bond.
