Christopher Taulbee, 19, of Carlisle, was arrested April 3 and charged with murder in the Bourbon County deaths of Dixieana Brainard and an unknown man. The killings happened earlier that day. Police found Taulbee when they noticed a car pulled to the side of the road that was missing a driver’s side front door and had a flat tire.
