Teddy Cambosa is a graduating BS Biology student from Batangas State University, and despite his science background, he has ventured in the past years into writing, both literary and journalistic. He is formerly a Senior Writer and Correspondent for his university's campus publication The LATHE, where he served various positions, including DevCom Editor, Opinion Editor, and Circulation Manager. He also worked with technology consultancy firm Educated Change, where he worked in curating and writing social media posts for clients in the field of cybersecurity, business management, and asset management. He started off as the Regional Tech Journalist for marketing and advertising news site MARKETECH APAC, where he majorily reports on tech-related marketing and advertising beats across Asia Pacific, as well as writing regional and global marketing and ad campaigns, people and corporate moves, and SME support. Just recently, he has been promoted to the role of Deputy Regional Editor this year. He is also a guest contributor at science news website Outbreak News Today, where he writes about outbreak-related news globally, including local outbreaks, vaccination roll outs and outbreak research. He is also a co-founding member and Senior Editor at PAKSA MNL, an alternative media group that reports and covers about Philippine-based idol group MNL48, where he has penned news breakers, opinion and feature pieces about the current state of the group. As part of expanding his portfolio and array of topics of interest, he is also recently contributing to the anime news portal Anime Corner, wherein he is working closely with other writers in the site to build content dedicated to updates from the Vtuber community, as well as write other news and updates related to anime, manga, and gaming. In a move to further bring expanded media coverage of the wider VTubing community, Teddy has also joined the media news site VTuber NewsDrop, hosted by the VTuber agency Kawa Entertainment.
