Biography

My name is Theodor, I am an Independent Scientific Researcher, an active author in Scientific Academia, a recently-employed Teaching Assistant and a Freelance Blogger covering Philosophical and Art-related ideas. Since the autumn of year 2024, I have been a Part-Time Student at the University of Westminster, in Central London, having been enrolled in an IBMS-Accredited Biomedical Science course. I have been participating in several laboratory practicals covering molecular testing experiments, such as quantitative Polymerase-Chain Reaction (PCR), Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and microbial gram staining that involve bacteria and yeasts. My final Master's Project involves the investigation of various stress factors against antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Currently, I am working on a Research Proposal to genetically transform various microbial agents via CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing into transmissible factories for Type I, Type III and Type IV Interferons, as well as for various Pattern-Recognition Receptor agonists that may include bacterial outer membrane proteins that form the Protollin immunostimulatory agent alongside lipopolysaccharides (LPS), which could become the most effective vaccination approaches against various infectious diseases of public health concern and perhaps also impact antibiotic-resistant bacteria as well.
