The new Google Ads Trademark Policy, announced on June8, will go into effect on July 24, 2023. Under the new policy, Google "will accept and processtrademark complaints only against specific advertisers and/or ads,rather than all advertisers in the trademark owner'sindustry," as explained in an email to brand owners.
