West Richland Police say Portland Police advised them that Huizar was seen in Portland, Oregon overnight in a black car. The AMBER Alert says Huizar is believed to have murdered his ex-wife and his girlfriend. One was shot outside William Wiley Elementary School in West Richland, Washington on Monday afternoon. Neither woman has been publicly identified.

Investigators say Huizar shot himself after a police pursuit in the Eugene, Ore. area. West Richland Police say Huizar’s condition is unknown.
