Biography
Vedant is the founder and CEO of Esteem Publication, the parent company of The Social Digest. At the age of 17 years, he was awarded the national record for “India’s Youngest Writer and CEO of a Publishing House.” He is leading the Periodicals Department of Esteem publication as the Chief Editor, with Souberi Chakrabarti and Surbhi Thanki as the Editorial Directors. He is a visiting faculty at St. Xavier's College Ahmedabad and is currently teaching an internship-integrated course on content management and book publication, to students who intend to have a career in the publication industry. He is also currently leading our research initiative, 'The Green Research' as Research Head, leading a team of 22 research associates working to explore how the new age green consumer behaves while understanding the impact of environmentally conscious messages on consumers. He believes that psychology as a subject when integrated with consumer behaviour and climate change, can aid in solving major climate change problems. He shared his idea of using psychology to solve climate change in his TEDx Talk. Available on TED.com and its official youtube channel.
