I don't know if this is legit scientifically but I tired it and I have to admit, it helped! I had been listening to a bunch of slow podcasts and found myself going into what I call "sloth mode" where everything takes me 2-3 times longer than it should plus with zero motivation. I had no idea how much more energized and on track I am when I made the switch.
