Biography
Victor D. Infante is currently the entertainment editor for The Worcester Telegram & Gazette and the content editor for Worcester Magazine. Previously, he was an occasional contributor to OC Weekly, the editor-in-chief of the online literary journal, Radius, and the host and producer for WCCA TV's music program "Got It Covered." He is a regular judge for WCCA's "New Voices" singing competition. His poems and short stories have appeared in numerous periodicals, websites and anthologies, and his first full-length poetry collection, "City of Insomnia," was published by Write Bloody Publishing. He has recently self-released an ebook of essays and ephemera, "Feels Like Failure, Every Time: Thoughts on Writing, Pop Culture, Politics and Violence, 2004-2018." He has won three NENPA Awards for arts & entertainment reporting: First place in 2017 and 2021, and second place in 2020. He was a 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 Boston Music Awards nominee for "Music Journalist of the Year."
