At that point, a second weather warning for strong winds will kick in, lasting until 7pm this evening. It comes as a massive clean-up operation continues after the chaos wreaked by Storm Éowyn. Around 101,000 homes and businesses remain without electricity after “devastating levels of damage” caused by winds in excess of 100mph.
