I am a British-Nigerian-Trinidadian creative storyteller, currently based in Lagos, Nigeria. I have several years’ experience working in various parts of Northern & Sub-Saharan Africa, and Central America, as a text, video and photo journalist, editor and media trainer. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in French & Spanish at University College London (UCL) before moving to New York City to complete my Master’s in Journalism at Columbia University. After graduating, I worked in entertainment and fashion journalism, before moving to Nigeria, where I focus on human-interest stories, exploring issues such as urban poverty, gender inequity and the climate crisis.
