Jorge Mitre, 49, a truck mechanic, was watching a news report about robberies in the Villa Dalcar neighborhood and recognized the thief: that skinny, wiry, intimidating boy, who walked naked down a street and in two strides, burst through a fence and entered someone else's house. It was Santiago, the youngest of his three sons. Heartbroken, Jorge went to the police station and reported him.
