By Wambui wa Mwangi| usawa.in@ I think of all the memories associated with nyama choma and family get- together(s) and I question everything. Am I supposed to forget all that joy and sumptuousness or what? Or how at home beef, chicken or mutton are special days, reward days. So what can I replace meat with? I texted Munyao. By Wambui wa Mwangi| Ahomka Digital@ by, Grace Mwangi I am ever in a constant pursuit of love —to love and to be loved in return. As lucid and fanciful as it sounds, it hasn’t been an easy task. Fear of the unknown and a repetition of past mistakes are enough to deter me from this pursuit. By Wambui wa Mwangi| Ahomka Digital@ by, Grace MwangiI have just slumped out from a state of depressing inertia. A few minutes ago time felt like an inhibitor to my dreams and aspirations, or rather a grim reminder that it might take forever, or sadly never happen at all. A paradox, right? When time is supposed to be an enabler. A key ingredient, in some sort of way, because all the effort, craft and prayers are all done under a period of time until like the rain clouds, something gives.
